Getting started is EASY!
Everyone’s dose is going to be different because our system’s Endocannabinoid response varies from person to person.
With CBD, we are looking to activate our system so that it may begin communicating with our body’s receptors, triggering healing processes and other key responses to bring balance.
Balance is key, but overstimulation can occur. Saturating the body by taking doses too large will not only cause our systems to NOT respond, it can actually trigger an opposite response and make issues seem projected.
Here’s a simple and easy way to begin dosing.
Shake the bottle well and consume 2 drops of CBD oil placed under your tongue and hold for 2 minutes to absorb into the bloodstream.
Don’t just swallow them!
Do this 2-3x Times a day and listen to your body.
Every three days, increase the dose by small increments (1-2 drops per dose)
When you reach a point where you feel any difference after consuming, you’ve found your minimal effective serving size.
(This can be sleep, stress, focus, skin irritation reduction, discomfort, panic, inflammation etc.)
That small difference means your system is responding and taking much more will not benefit. You can continue increasing and if you see a day where there is no response, back down to the previous dose.
Continue to experiment with the timing of consumption to find what works best for you.
